My last large kombucha attempt a while back yielded vinegar eels so I was pretty determined this time for it to be healthy.

For me, I don't drink a lot of soda and this acts as my healthy fermented soda replacement . The probiotics in it support gut health and I'm all for the natural way when it comes to maintaining my health.
