At a minimum, the VOUCHER should be burned instead of sent to the DAO in my opinion. I'm not sure I like the idea of the DAO trading VOUCHER for other assets or giving out VOUCHER.

I think this is a good point! There was something similar to this in the past where in rulesets you couldn't have melee monsters. A higher level chicken has 1 attack vs a lower level one with 0 attack
