I love visiting Utah as well, my favorite thing to do there is hiking to my favorite hot spring. After relaxing in the hot spring makes it tough to hike back, but it’s worth it.

I agree, we as humans can be too harsh on ourselves. We should make it a daily habit to say kind words to ourselves.:)
