keep up the great work! I too started a new health with fasting and veggen. I'm going to fast tomorrow. My stomach has been hurting.

I love sauerkraut. I always eat it with pork. I have recently started a vegan diet, so not sure what to eat it with.

I did "musical beds" for 5 years when my children were small. Enjoys these days, they do go fast! Now I have teenagers and now I am a taxi. I don't mind because at least I know where they are
