I don't know what that is and I'm only partially here. I'm being more passive in my posting. I don't want to be too involved in this. It takes a lot of energy for me to do.

I would argue that the frequency of hard forks have diminished though and it's an ever evolving process to improve itself.

Off the top of my head I can only think of dogecoin but I know that I've own other coins that have forked a few times within a year.

Well, I would say that Steem is not the only crypto that hard forks at this frequency, if you want to call it that. I keep track of a number of others and they all do at some point.
