Absolutely! That was a sarcastic title! I have been continuing insisting on DCA for months! I bough at 4k and will buy if it will go to 3k, 2k, 1k, whatever. It will go up eventually.

You would not know, when will it stop falling, and at any level below 6k R/R is great, so DCA is the most efficient strategy aATM.
