The community needs the Witnesses to take action against the @poloniex account holding all of the user's failed Steem deposits to the exchange.

I can tell you that my Steem is stuck in their wallet! No response to support tickets drives customers away. I transferred to @poloniex without checking to see that they had disabled Steem withdrawals

My experience has been that if you transfer to @poloniex while the Steem deposits are disabled your Steem will get stuck in the @poloniex Steemit account (you can check their wallet). There is no auto-retry

This is an interesting feature. What is the effect on the users payout of an upvote and a promote on the same post? I just tried promoting this post for .01 with an equivalent upvote.
