I'm optimistic about the price of SPS, too. Based on the announcement, we went from 71 million SPS airdropped to 51 million, then just 17 million per month in about 85 days. That's a big decrease in supply.

The DEC Pool fluctuates depending on a few variables. One major thing that affects supply is the price of DEC. If the price of DEC goes up, the pool is increased, if it goes down the pool is decreased.
