Actually, Bancor ICO was supposed to be today but it is now delayed, we are still awaiting the ICO details to be released. Hopefully, there isn't any surprising last minute changes like BAT.

Proof of stake (Casper), is set for later this year. All updates are currently just preparation for POS essentially. The set date is still unknown, really depends on the progress of the team's development.
