Unfortunately most of these currencies have too many coins in circulation. For doge to go to $1 it would need a market cap of $113bn and that figure will only grow as there is an unlimited supply of coins.

These forks are getting out of control. Exchanges have got to stop listing them so easily.

Litecoin isn't really a fork off of bitcoin, it's more of a modified clone of bitcoin. Forks are things like bcash and bgold.
