On the very first roll in a day you can decide if you want that player to win or to lose, then choose a secret that produces the desired outcome: Choose secret Compute roll If roll doesn't match desired

The tx is is basically a hash of the tx data, including the signature. Players can create a transaction, look at the id, and then choose to publish the transaction or not.

My point is - the players control their txids, and thereby the dice roll. It is a fatal flaw to rely on the randomness of txids.

Clicking the power down button only sets a flag in the steem database. It doesn't change any of your balances, nor the effects (i.e. what you call "interest").
