Un gran saludo y abrazo fraternal a la comunidad #Hive. Me presento ante ustedes, mi nombre es Daniel Enrique Rojas tengo 32 años de edad, soy de Venezuela Maracay, Edo. Aragua. Formo parte del proyecto de inducción de jóvenes atletas practicante del Street Workout y Calistenia, que está dirigiendo por @manuelramos en la cadena de bloques de #Hive.

A big greeting and fraternal embrace to the #Hive community. I introduce myself to you, my name is Daniel Enrique Rojas I am 32 years old, I am from Venezuela Maracay, Edo Aragua. I am part of the induction project of young athletes practicing Street Workout and Calisthenics, which is leading by @manuelramos in the #Hive blockchain.

Desde hace 12 años practico este deporte que me ha ayudado a desenvolverme como atleta y por ultimo entrenador, antes de a ver practicando calistenia practique béisbol y tenis y pienso que la calistenia es unos de los deportes que te ayuda a fortalecer varios ámbitos como ser humano y más si practicas otros deportes hasta en las artes marciales, la calistenia te ayuda a ser más disciplinado y a tener otro estilo de vida de por vida en donde la mente va en sincronía con el cuerpo. A raíz de los años me formé y fortalecí como atleta participando en varias competencias deportivas a nivel nacional y obteniendo títulos de 1 y segundo lugar con el pasar de los años participe en varios eventos de calistenia con el grupo probarras.

For 12 years I have been practicing this sport that has helped me to develop as an athlete and ultimately coach, before practicing calisthenics I practiced baseball and tennis and I think that calisthenics is one of the sports that helps you to strengthen several areas as a human being and more if you practice other sports even in martial arts, calisthenics helps you to be more disciplined and to have another lifestyle for life where the mind goes in sync with the body. Over the years I was formed and strengthened as an athlete participating in several national sports competitions and obtaining titles of 1st and 2nd place over the years I participated in several calisthenics events with the group probarras.

En donde puse mi grano de arena apoyando dichos eventos como staff Actualmente después de tantos años en el año 2018 puse en práctica mis conocimientos y me certifiqué como entrenador avalado por la universidad Simón Rodríguez de Venezuela. Y empecé a dictar clases en el mismo parque que me vio crecer como atleta.

Where I put my grain of sand supporting these events as staff. Currently after so many years in 2018 I put into practice my knowledge and I became certified as a coach endorsed by the Simon Rodriguez University of Venezuela. And I started teaching classes in the same park that saw me grow as an athlete.

Mi grupo se llama Equilibrio Workout y no solo he impartido mis conocimientos si no también he adquirido experiencia como entrenador es importante saber que una de las partes más bonitas de este deporte es cuando llegas a este nivel de dar lo que sabes y hacer lo que amas.

My group is called Equilibrio Workout and I have not only taught my knowledge but I have also gained experience as a coach. It is important to know that one of the most beautiful parts of this sport is when you get to this level of giving what you know and doing what you love.

Ahora aquí en esta comunidad quiero hacer llegar todos mis conocimientos e incentivar a muchos más jóvenes a empezar a practicar este deporte por medio e inculcarle un nuevo estilo de vida. Me despido y recuerden esto es entrenamiento de Calle.

Lo principal para poder empezar a entrenar calistenia es saber que todo llega a su debido tiempo y que no es tanto el tiempo que lo practiques si no la cantidad de repeticiones que hagas para poder dominar los ejercicios

The main thing to start training calisthenics is to know that everything comes in due time and that it is not so much the time you practice it but the amount of repetitions you do to be able to master the exercises.

Lo principal que tienes que hacer es son ejercicios básicos como sentadillas, dominadas, paralelas, fondos en una barra, paralelas, flexiones de codos y eso ligados con ejercicios de movilidad que te darán la flexibilidad suficiente para poder dominar dichos ejercicios.

The main thing you have to do is basic exercises such as squats, pull-ups, parallel bars, barbell dips, parallel bars, elbow bends and that linked with mobility exercises that will give you enough flexibility to be able to master these exercises.

Ya después de a ver dominado los ejercicios básicos o ya haciendo una muy buena cantidad de repeticiones, empezamos a meterla candelita, Con segundos en hold, negativas o con peso a dichos ejercicios para poder adquirir memoria y resistencia muscular y eso aumentara tus repeticiones para poder ir al siguiente paso.

Already after mastering the basic exercises or already doing a very good amount of repetitions, we begin to put the candelita, With seconds in hold, negative or with weight to these exercises in order to acquire memory and muscle endurance and that will increase your repetitions to go to the next step.

Después de tener una muy buena cantidad de reps empezamos con los ejercicios avanzados como pike push ups que es una progresión a la parada de mano o leg raiser que son para tener más fuerza en el abdomen y empezar hacer tuck the front para dominar el front lever los pseudo push ups para fortalecer los hombros y el core para dominar la plancha.

After having a very good amount of reps we start with the advanced exercises like pike push ups which is a progression to the handstand or leg raiser which are to have more strength in the abdomen and start doing tuck the front to dominate the front lever the pseudo push ups to strengthen the shoulders and the core to dominate the plancha.
