Not sure what to make of this. Was just looking at CMC and noticed the Market Cap of Neo Gas doubled from >8 to 20 million. Yet the price was unaffected. My own theory is that someone gassed up to move

I'm still pretty new to reading these charts so what does it mean? If you look from the beginning of today ETC and BTC are locked in price! Or am i just being weird...Please help me understand what i am
