I am not claiming that it is a good metric for everyone and surely 3 variables can not capture most of the magic of a good book. None the less, I think it is an OK metric for those that are less used to

Bloddy well done. How different would you say it is from running on comparatively flat terrain? I have never been running in mountains but have considered to try a 10-15 K event at some point.

Thank you. I went to and ran actiona to click the "load more" button and scrolling down. Then from time to time i marked all and copied. I then had a custom python script doing regular expressions
