Payout depends on the Steem Power of the users voting on your post. If a bunch of bots/new members vote on a post 100 times the payout may be $1 or less, whereas a single vote from the highest SP members

At this point it's best to stop taking them for a period of time, but there has been a clinical trial where cancer patients took Ostarine for 15 weeks I believe, it was shown to pretty safe even for that
