It certainly looks so, I was kinda disappointed in the last few days, the weather was way too warm and with the snow melting everywhere you go there's just slush but it seems the cold is coming back in

The snow turns dirty quickly because they throw/sprinkle dirty salts and sand on the roads on purpose...
