Mykonos- "Less is More"

What else would you need to be happy? Maybe a frappe, the typical coffee that locals drink twice per day when chilling by the seaside with their parea (greek word for a group of friends) ... sometimes for three hours straight. The buildings of the island cannot be higher than two floors, always must be painted in white color and windows & doors must be painted in blue or red color. It seems to be too restrictive, but you would not think so anymore once you visited it and felt the beauty of the unified architecture design. The island itself took its name from the grandson of Apollo, “Mykonos” and according to Greek Mythology, it was formed from the petrified bodies of giants killed by Hercules.
