El día de ayer me sentí un poco mejor de salud, hace unos días tuve que realizarme un estudio que al terminar quedé descompuesto y no pude publicar por un día, por suerte en nuestra visita al predio dimos con este hermoso hongo. Después de cuatro semanas, veintiocho días para ser exacto, volvimos a dar con este colorido ¨hongo¨¨repisa¨; conocido científicamente como ¨Polyporaceae¨ : un hongo muy conocido en gran parte del mundo, y uno que tiene la mayor cantidad de géneros

En estas latitudes. ¨Corrientes¨¨Argentina¨ hemos encontrado varias especies de ellos. En esta oportunidad, y por su apariencia me animo a decir que se trata de la especie conocida como ¨Pycnoporus sanguineus¨: esta variedad se desarrolla muy bien en lugares con el clima ¨tipo¨¨tropical¨ como el nuestro. Como todas las especies crecen muy bien en maderas y ramas que se están pudriendo. Aquí no les damos mucho uso, he leído que en otras partes del mundo le dan muchas utilidades ya que sirven para muchas cosas, entre ellos medicinal. Como pueden observar son hongos que se pueden encontrar solo o en pareja, hasta ahora nunca lo hemos encontrado en colonias

In these latitudes. ¨Corrientes¨¨Argentina¨ we have found several species of them. Por lo que pude ¨leer¨: con estos hongos preparan alimentos, pero no creo que se pueda comer en forma directa en una receta por su aspecto duro, además, su color rojo no me transmite confianza para llevarlo a la cocina y preparar un plato con ello. Estas hermosas imágenes las hicimos con nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ y no hace falta decir que disfrutamos mucho nuestro paseo por esta hermosa reserva natural, que nos permite conocer sobre los hongos que han en estas latitudes

As far as I could ¨read¨: They prepare food with these mushrooms, but I don't think they can be eaten directly in a recipe because of their hard appearance, and their red color does not give me the confidence to take it to the kitchen and prepare a dish with it. We took these beautiful images with our ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ camera and it goes without saying that we really enjoyed our walk through this beautiful nature reserve, which allows us to learn about the fungi that grow in these latitudes
