Unfortunately, that's no longer true: videos are uploaded to D.Tube internal server cluster at cluster.d.tube and are streamed from video.dtube.top. They changed it because IPFS was becoming too slow:

RSS (resp. its successor Atom) is extremely useful, in fact it's the only practical way to stay up-to-date with multiple news sources. The only reason it's not more popular is that it isn't more popular,

It seems that the first tag is not allowed to contain special character: I fixed a similar issue (with a tag containing a quote) by moving the tag with the special character to the second place.
