With the sun and some tropical vibes back to the island..today was a good day to rock hunting 😋 My boy loves to throw rocks in the sea

Today's Crossfit class..I think I left my soul somewhere there 🫠🫠 30kg for the barbell cleans 🥴 Did the knees to elbows and the pull-ups..still learning these two geez! Any crossfiter here to share
