Baked this a few years ago, when I was a total newbie in the kitchen (baking-wise), and wanted to try something 'easy'. Wasn't that hard though! I want to try this cake again now to see if I can do better.

These chocolate cupcakes with whipped cream topping and an extra layer of melted chocolate were a real treat. Didn't have any cherries, unfortunately, so I put a little gum ball on top to finish it off.
