well if you maintain your weight thats important and i always try to maintain my weight less then 74kg @crypticat.. but everything in balance is good

@crypticat i am a foodie guy and i dont stop my self from food instead whenever i eat more calories food i burn calories in the gym later that day. so its become healthy LOL
