Yep. So you will see on the deed: "PR-{TERRITORY_ABBREVIATION}-{REGION_NUMBER}-{TRACT_NUMBER}-{PLOT_NUMBER}". Tracts are numbered 1 - 10 for each region (1 - 150) and plots are numbered by tract.

Yep, we did not want to go live without the ability to transfer. Players should be able to do it 1 by 1 or in bulk by using the multi select options in the grid and list views.
