¡HOLA A TODOS! ¡HELLO EVERYBODY!

Espero tengan un lindo día.En el post de hoy les enseñare mi nueva receta de galletas de mantequilla,es una receta completamente nueva por lo que no me sale perfecta y la hice hoy experimentando,y siendoles sinceras actualmente en mi favorita.Empecemos con la receta,y sera con los indredientes.

INGREDIENTES

200GR DE MANTEQUILLA.
100 GR DE AZUCAR GLASS.
1 YEMA DE HUEVO.
170 GR DE HARINA TODO USO.
1 CDTA DE POLVO PARA HORNEAR.
1 CDTA DE MAIZENA O FECULA DE MAIZ.
UN CHORRITO DE ESENCIA DE VAINILLA.

PASO 1

Se colocan los 200 gr de mantequilla en un bowl y se suaviza la mantequilla con la batidora o con un batidor tipo globo.

PASO 2

Luego de suavizar la mantequilla se le agregan los 100 gr de azucar glass y se baten hasta que se integre completamente.(si no tienes azucar glass solo colocas azucar normal en una licuadora,se triturara y la conseguiras)

PASO 3

Luegos de el paso 2 se agrega en la mezcla,la yema de el huevo y el chorrito de vainilla y se mezcla muy bien.Como recomendacion les digo que no le agreguen tanta vainilla para que cuando esten listas las galletas se aprecie el sabor de la mantequilla.

TODO LO ANTERIOR SE MEZCLO A LA VELOCIDAD QUE SE VE EN LA IMAGEN Y CAMBIA AL MEZCLAR LO SECO YA QUE SI SE DEJA EN LA MISMA LA HARINA HACE DESASTRES😂.

PASO 4

Luego tener todos los ingredientes liquidos se le agrega los 170 gr de harina todo uso(debe estar tamizada para que o halla inconvenientes en la masa).

PASO 5

En este paso se agrega la cucharadita de polvo para hornear,la sal y la levadura.(Tambien debe estar tamizada )

PASO 6

Asi queda la mezcla, si les queda muy cremosa y no tan solida le pueden agregar 10 gr mas de harina(no se excedan con la harina porque el punto es que la galleta tenga sabor a la mantequilla y si te excedes con la harina va a restar el sabor que debe tener). Luego de que la mezcla quede bien solida,se lleva a el refrigerador por 20 o 35 minutos ,mientras tanto precalientas el horno a 170 grados. Despues se engrasa la bandeja donde colocaras las galletas,lo engrasas con mantequilla y luego le colocas un poco de harina para que no se pegue a la bandeja.

PASO 7

En este paso solo esperas que se precaliente el horno y mientras pasa eso vas haciendo la forma de tu preferencia que le quieras darle a la galleta,en mi caso las hice redondas,la forma se hace agarrando con tus manos(limpias)haciendo una bolita y lo aplastas un poco y la colocas en una bandeja.Colocas la bandeja en el horno y esperas aproximadamente 20 o 30 minutos.

PASO 8

El paso 8 es el mas rico de todos que se basa solo en sacar las galletas de el horno(con mucho cuidado para no quemarnos)y sacar las galletas de la bandeja.Algo muy importante de estas galletas es que se parten muy facil y son super suaves,si es lo que estas buscando esta es la receta que necesitas. Se pueden acompañar con mermelada de fresa o con chocolate caliente y quedan muy ricas solas tambien.

INGREDIENTS

•200GR BUTTER. •100 GR OF ICING SUGAR. •1 EGG YOLK. •170 GR ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR. •1 TEASPOON OF BAKING POWDER. •1 TEASPOON CORNSTARCH OR CORNSTARCH STARCH. •A DASH OF VANILLA ESSENCE.

STEP 1

Place the 200 gr of butter in a bowl and soften the butter with the mixer or a balloon whisk.

STEP 2

After softening the butter, add the 100 gr of icing sugar and beat until it is completely integrated (if you don't have icing sugar, just put normal sugar in a blender, it will be crushed and you will get it).

STEP 3

After step 2, add the egg yolk and a dash of vanilla to the mixture and mix very well. as a recommendation I recommend you not to add so much vanilla so that when the cookies are ready, the flavor of the butter is appreciated.

ALL OF THE ABOVE WAS MIXED AT THE SPEED YOU SEE IN THE IMAGE AND CHANGE WHEN MIXING THE DRY BECAUSE IF LEFT AT THE SAME SPEED THE FLOUR MAKES DISASTERS😂.

STEP 4

After having all the liquid ingredients, add the 170 gr of all-purpose flour (it must be sifted to avoid any inconvenience in the dough).

STEP 5

STEP 6

After the mixture is solid, put it in the refrigerator for 20 to 35 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Then grease the tray where you will place the cookies, grease it with butter and then put a little flour so that it does not stick to the tray.

STEP 7

In this step you just wait for the oven to preheat and while that happens you make the shape of your preference that you want to give to the cookie, in my case I made them round, the shape is made by grabbing with your hands (clean) making a ball and crush it a little and place it on a tray, place the tray in the oven and wait approximately 20 or 30 minutes.

STEP 8

Step 8 is the most delicious of all which is based only on removing the cookies from the oven (very carefully so as not to burn) and remove the cookies from the tray.something very important about these cookies is that they break very easily and are super soft, if that's what you are looking for this is the recipe you need. They can be served with strawberry jam or hot chocolate and are very tasty on their own as well.
