What a fantastic outlook on life. They say that when life chucks you lemons, don't be sour, make lemonade. That's not always easy and I've seen first hand within my family how negative feelings can spiral

Ouch! I broke the 4th toe on the morning of a 10k. Kicked the corner of cabinet with my socks on and didn't dare look at it so just put my trainers on and ran. Set a PB too on the adrenaline but couldn't

Great running @romaincrx. The accelerations at the end will be training your body for a sprint finish. Definitely time to buy some new shoes too! Also check out @jumowa's RunForSteem project.
