The recent pull back in the cryptocurrency market has given investors a chance to take a step back and evaluate their portfolios. During bear markets there is plenty of opportunity to research the most interesting projects and to invest in ones we may of missed that are back at desirable entry points.

This market will return to all time highs, Blockchain is here to stay.

We use the acronym ‘FUD’ meaning ‘Fear’ ‘Uncertainty” and ‘Doubt’. Its important to remember that fear is irrational and is often a tool used by the dying mainstream to breed uncertainty in new fresh ideas that challenge the balance of power.

With this is mind anyone who truly believes in Blockchain is presented with a mouth watering opportunity to accumulate already undervalued assets at even more ludicrously low prices. Here is a short breakdown of the crypto-bargains that any shrewd investor will have near the top of their shopping list.

10. Horizon State

The Horizon State project claims it will ‘redesign democracy for the 21st century’. Personally I can’t see a functioning Democracy anywhere in the world so a mere improvement would be world changing. The project aims to be a token based decision making platform that can deliver unprecedented trust and integrity via blockchain protocols. This team has a long roadmap yet its fundamental technology is already in use and I see a very interesting year ahead for HST Decision Token. Recently you could pick up tokens for under a dollar and with a very small total supply of around 48 million this is criminally undervalued.

Enjin Coin is a cryptocurrency and virtual goods platform for the gaming industry. It has recently brought out a very neat smart wallet for Android that claims to be ‘The worlds Most secure Wallet’ It has an exciting game channel network due to debut soon known as Efinity which will make gaming transactions enormously scalable in comparison to current speeds. Im not a gamer but I certainly see this as a real innovative project with loads of exciting news and a real disruptor within the industry.

8. Zeepin

Zeepin is a surprise entry at number 8 because as an early investor I was not happy with their ICO and planned on offloading my holdings once it came on the exchanges. However when I started to see their vision and innovations coming along so rapidly I fell back in love with the project. Zeepin is a distributive economy for the creative community. Essentially it dedicates itself to the circulation and tokenisation of ideas, creativity and inventiveness. The really exciting feature of the Zeepin network though comes from the progress of their sub-projects. “Zeerights” and “Zeesure” are applications that are well underway and promise to protect and insure intellectual property rights for innovators who use the platform. The Enigma protocol is an off-chain network aiming to solve the problems of scalability and privacy for all other Blockchain networks. Essentially Enigma will be of value to blockchain applications by privatising data off chain, creating a huge potential for the project to be vital to industries including security data, AI, healthcare and finance. “Catalyst” is a decentralised application that has already launched on the Enigma platform and should showcase the groundbreaking technology to potential future partners. Throw in an active community and a great team and you see that Enimga is deservedly one of cryptos most anticipated projects for 2018.

6. Internet Node Token

Internet Node Token (INT) is a project very similar to IOTA but aimed more for now at the Chinese tech market. Essentially it provides interconnectivity between the blockchain and other devices allowing communication and data swopping between pretty much everything in the home or industrially. The Internet of Things is well on its way and will need blockchain technologies at its core. With IOTA having some teething problems INT is a very real investible alternative and is only going unnoticed because like many Chinese projects it feels little need to market to the West. Currently only available on Okex exchange its still top 100 in trading volume (CMC), once it hits the larger exchanges it will no longer be cryptos best kept secret. Get in fast would be my suggestion.

From Chinas IOTA to Chinas EoS. High Performance Blockchain unlike Internet Node Token hasn’t gone under anyones radar and has a lot of people in the crypto world very excited about its capabilities. At number 4 is Delphy a project much like Gnosis or Augur. Delphy (DPY) is again Chinese crypto going under many radars due to not being on the major exchanges and seems to have a really big following in Asia with 200,000 people registered to download their app. The technology aims to be a social predictions and data platform and will have multiple industry uses for Stock Markets, Finance, sport, entertainment and even crypto investing. The founder of Delphy is a crypto All-star Bo Wang who many will know is the co-founder of Factom. Delphy for me is a project that will likely go from strength to strength once the western markets discover it.

Vechain is according to their website “the worlds leading blockchain platform for products and information” and is essentially aimed at creating a trust-less supply chain ecosystem much like Waltonchain or Wabi. Vechain (VEN) has huge hype and volume and loads of potential to keep on making gains for investors despite already being a top 20 crypto. The market pullback has given fans of the project a second chance to jump on board with token prices down under the 3 dollar mark. A great opportunity to add more of this exciting coin to your portfolio.

2. Trinity

Trinity (TNC) has recently fallen victim to being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Had this crypto hit exchanges a month earlier it would easily of made early investors 10x gains. This bear market though does give many people second chances who missed out on ICOs and Trinity is certainly the top pick of recently launched projects. As many know Neo is making up ground on Ethereum with its quality ICOs launched on its network and many projects already see Neo’s superior transaction speeds as desirable. Those speeds will only get faster once Trinity is implemented acting as Neo’s version of the lightning network. Using state channel technology Trinity will dramatically improve speeds and reduce fees for Nep5 token transfer. Clearpoll is the crypto that should surely be on every investors shopping list right now. Its not over exaggerating to call this the most under-rated token out there presently.
