How does it do that? I can see issues affecting other aspects of the gameplay and game-related decisions but I fail to see how it changes the bot/battle helper situation. Nothing changes for people attempting

I think they don't want to use CP again as a metric since I recall it used a lot of computational power to have the system calculate the CP of players constantly or something along these lines. But they

The issue is that if you can use all card levels in Champ/Diamond, a lot of low level accounts can create a little subleague of their own where they are playing in C/D with only level 1 cards, battling
