I have seen many utube videos, i am totally convinced that steem is the future. I would expect it would be at least 1500 in 5 years.

Spiritual nourishment is very important for the Physical body to be healthy apart from nurturing physical body with good food, vitamins, minerals etc. Lot of people neglect Spiritual aspect of the body.
