What IAGON is?

IAGON is an open source platform for harnessing the processing power and storage capacities of multiple smart devices, over a decentralized Blockchain grid, its vision is to create a Global Supercomputer, powered by Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain/Tangle Technology. [WhitePaper, Page 3] .

This is accomplished by integration across all smart devices, thus creating a seamless experience that effectively and efficiently services the needs of its users, IAGON uses “Secure Lake Technology”.

IAGON was designed and built to integrate seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure without the need for expensive resources to deploy. The vision is to create a Global Supercomputer, powered by Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology, this is accomplished by integration across all smart devices, thus creating a seamless experience.

Under IAGON’s platform you can imagine a world where anyone can profit by joining a massive processing grid. IAGON will provide a fully automated platform for carrying out the storage and processing tasks of users on the basis of utilized storage and processing capacities that are contributed by the “users”. The users will be able to convert the tokens back to fiat money, to accumulate them or to pay for similar services that they need with the tokens. For each transaction, IAGON will charge 10% commission and the rest of the tokens will be transferred to the user. This decentralized cloud platform will operate two grids. Both grids operate on a Blockchain platform powered by Machine Learning capabilities to optimize the allocation of tasks and files to users.

The IAGON AI uses reinforcement learning, meaning it learns over time to improve decision making. Reinforcement learning is the science of decision making to handle a dynamic environment, this is done to optimize the slicing and distributing of data within the decentralized network. This means IAGON undergoes an active learning process to optimize its decision making process to determine its course of action!

IAGON has aim to bring decentralization into mainstream businesses and to share it with consumers. IAGON was projected to be quickly and flawlessly integrated into current IT infrastructure without the need of extra powerful and costly means.

There are many use cases that IAGON can serve.

IAGON can provide secure storage over centralized, clustered or decentralized networks, distribute data processing load across its network of data miners for data analytics, provide a secure solution for creating smart contracts over the Blockchain, or serve to identify honest and attacking nodes within a system.

IAGON intends to be used on multiple blockchains and the Tangle. Without going into details, the Tangle is more like a web than a chain, but each node on the web cannot be deleted, just like each link in the chain can't be broken. IAGON will also work with current databases such as SQL, NoSQL or hyperledger.

There are other projects that have also incorporated the use of blockchain technology some of which are Sia, Storj, NEM, Golem and a host of others for cloud computing, it is also assumed that IBM, Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Apple all have their own plans to compete with blockchains, too. IAGON may only take a 10% cut from users but this alone isn't what makes them stand out.

Now what makes IAGON different from its competitors, is that it learns the behaviors of each miner by using defined variables such as availability, reliability, performance and cost benefit. For each variable the miner is given a score also known as “Cloud Score”. The higher the score, the higher the miner can price his/her services. The lower the score, the lower the price. To achieve this, IAGON learns through a method known as reinforcement learning.

IAGON utilizes and enables to store big data files and repositories, as well as smaller scales of files, and to carry out complex computational processes, such as those needed for artificial intelligence and machine learning operations, within a fully secured and encrypted platform that integrates Blockchain, cryptographic and AI technologies in a user friendly way.

IAGON aims at providing companies and individuals with storage and processing services at a fraction of the market prices and at a better security level by connecting data centers, business computers and personal users and utilizing their free storage capacities and their CPU and GPU processors during idle times. Doing so, IAGON overcomes the entry barriers imposed by the high level of investments required to compete in this market. Their token based economy is based on computer, server and data center owners who join the storage and processing power grids. In return for sharing the capabilities of their machine, we will be granted IAGON tokens that can be traded in exchange for fiat money.

IAGON tends to impact the Artificial Intellection and Big Data Industry by exposing the vulnerabilities as well as the hacking possibilities of databases publicly online, mainly warning organizations against security breaches that may arise. IAGON utilizes and enables storing big data files and repositories, as well as smaller scales of files, and carrying out complex computational processes, such as those needed for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations within a fully secure and encrypted platform that integrates Blockchain/Tangle, cryptographic and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in a user-friendly way.

IAGON’s platform is fully decentralized and secure since it runs on Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), there is no single point of failure or possibility of hacker attack. IAGON if utilized would play a big role for Big Data technologies such as the Hadoop framework (notably its MongoDB, HDFS and Spark databases) which require vast amounts of storage capacity, either in a centralized or a distributed manner.

IAGON uses “UNIQUE SECURE LAKE TECHNOLOGY” which is based on Blockchain unbreakable encryption technology, on file slicing and storage of small anonymous and strongly encrypted slices of the original files which ensures the complete protection of data files.

IAGON’s technology ensures that even when information systems are breached in anyway, the data and files that they use cannot be accessed, deleted or modified anyway.

IAGON establishes two online grids to connect users demanding storage capacities for large processing capabilities for Artificial Intelligence computations such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning and for processing vast Big Data databases.

Conclusion

Many may ponder or ask why “decentralization”?, but the answer is quite reasonable, decentralized platforms prove to be more secure, reliable, cost-effective and efficient than centralized spaces. This project as I see it, aims at reducing the high costs that companies pay for cloud services for storage and processing. One interesting thing to note about this platform that makes me so excited is that it ensures “tight security of data no matter what” irrespective of data breach or the likes, data and files cannot be accessed, deleted or modified anyway, this is indeed mind-blowing.
