¡Muy buenas a todos! Estén donde estén, espero que se encuentren muy bien. Como probablemente hayan adivinado, en este post me daré a conocer a todos ustedes (bueno, al menos a aquellos que me estén leyendo, claro).

Me llamo Gianfranco, y tengo 16 años. Nací y actualmente vivo en Venezuela, específicamente en la ciudad de Barquisimeto, la capital musical del país, de donde han salido muchos grandes músicos, entre ellos nada más y nada menos que el gran violinista y director Gustavo Dudamel. Me refiero a esto porque soy músico en el Conservatorio Vicente Emilio Sojo, uno de los principales centros del mundialmente reconocido programa de El Sistema, donde me desempeño como trompetista y coralista.

Además de la música, me gusta mucho la matemática, y he participado en la Olimpiada Juvenil de Matemática, donde resuelvo problemas usando el ingenio y creatividad. ¡Incluso he ganado medallas!

Me apasiona el conocimiento en general: siempre trato de aprender y estar al tanto de la ciencia en general, pero mi favorita de todas es la física, la cual quiero estudiar en la universidad; y también me interesa mucho la filosofía, sobre todo la epistemología.

Esta foto también fue tomada ayer. Pero tal como pueden ver: ¡No soy un robot!

Recientemente comencé en el mundo del Bitcoin y criptodivisas; así es como conocí Steemit. Agradezco enormemente por ello a mi amigo @nanowins77, sin él nada de esto habría sido posible (echen un vistazo a su cuenta, y si les gusta síganlo).

My name is Gianfranco, and I am 16 years old. I was born and currently live in Venezuela, specifically in the city of Barquisimeto, the musical capital of the country, where many great musicians have come from, among them none other than the violinist and director Gustavo Dudamel. I am referring to this because I am musician in the Conservatory Vicente Emilio Sojo, one of the main centers of the world-renowned program of El Sistema, where I perform as trumpeter and chorister.

Besides music, I really like math, and I have participate in the Olimpiada Juvenil Matemática (Youth Mathematical Olympiad), where I resolve problems using ingenuity and creativity. I have even win medals!

I am passionate about knowledge in general: I try all the time to learn and be informed about science in general, but my favorite of all is physics, which I want to study at university; and I'm also very interested about philosophy, especially epistemology.
