Hello dear HIVE community, today I want to share with you an easy recipe to please your loved ones, here in my country it is called "Quesillo". I will show you step by step how to make it using only 4 ingredients. In my house we like it very much and I learned this delicious recipe thanks to my beautiful grandmother. Every time I make it, I always remember my childhood and thank God it was a very good one. I hope that with this quesillo you can impress the palates of your family or friends. Les mostrare paso a paso como lo realizo solo utilizando 4 ingredientes. En mi casa nos gusta mucho y aprendí esta rica receta gracias a mi hermosa Abuela. Cada vez que lo hago, siempre recuerdo mi infancia y gracias a dios fue una muy buena. Espero que con este quesillo puedan impresionar los paladares de sus familiares o amigos. Cabe destacar que, no utilizo ni horno, ni leche condesada y si no me crees, presten atención a esta publicación y sabrán mi secreto.}

#### Ingredients-Ingredientes

1-) 1 cup powdered milk 2-) 1/4 cup of sugar 3-) 1 Tbsp Vanilla 4-) 4 eggs 5-) 1 cup of water > ^{1-) 1 Taza de leche en polvo

> 3-) 1 Cucharada de Vainilla
> 4-) 4 Huevos
> 5-) 1 Taza de Agua}

We take our blender and proceed to make a mixture for the quesillo with all the ingredients, these are: 4 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, 1 cup of water. After this, we blend everything, then, we will strain in a container 2 big spoonfuls of sugar, we take it to the kitchen and we put it to cook over low heat. Finally, we wait until it has a golden color and the sugar is well diluted. Once the sugar has been diluted and we get the golden color we want, we will proceed to join our mixture with the caramel we already cooked, then we will strain a pot with a lid to prepare the famous bain marie, however, in this case I use a pressure cooker and place my container inside and leave it on the stove for 40 minutes. Once the 40 minutes are over, I wait for it to rest a little and then with a knife I give it around so that it comes off without any problem from the container, this is so that, at the time of disassembling our quesillo, it is complete. Finally, let it cool for 20 minutes and it will be ready to taste. Well friends, in this way I have finished my Quesillo recipe with only 4 ingredients, I really hope you liked this wonderful dessert, which by the way is very famous in my beautiful land called Venezuela and of course, also do it so you can enjoy it in the company of your loved ones. > ^{Tomamos nuestra licuadora y procedemos a hacer una mezcla para el quesillo con todos los ingredientes, estos son: 4 huevos, 1 taza de Azúcar ,1 taza de leche, 1 cucharada de vainilla, 1 taza de agua. Luego de esto, licuamos todo, posteriormente, colaremos en un envase 2 cucharadas grandes de azúcar, la llevamos a la cocina y la ponemos a que se cocine a fuego lento. Por último, esperamos a que tenga un color dorado y se halla diluido bien la azúcar.} > ^{Una vez se haya diluido la azúcar y obtenemos el color dorado que deseemos, procederemos a unir nuestra mezcla con el caramelo que ya cocinamos, luego colaremos una olla con tapa para preparar el famoso baño maría, sin embargo, en este caso utilizo una olla de presión y coloco mi envase dentro y lo dejo en la cocina por 40 minutos. Una vez pasado los 40 minutos, espero que este repose un poco y luego con un cuchillo le doy alrededor para que se despegue sin ningún problema del envase, esto es para que, al momento de desmontar nuestro quesillo, este completo.
