No, there is the possibility to come and play on the same server, In my farm at least. But there are no other players that I don't know on the server. But I can have up to 8 people working on the farm

If you're up for the job it shouldn't be harder than loggin in to the same server XD

Nowadays I use a router amplified with a antenna on the roof! It works kind of well but yeah it can be a bit unstable from time to time... Only internet there is to get out here.
