Today I had a short day at work. Trying to stick with my new year resolution to do yoga everyday. Ahead 40 minutes yoga and longer walk but forgot my phone so couldn’t track my steps. 6262 Walking

Went on foot to my work and back and moved a lot at my work. I tried to keep my phone with me to track my steps. After work I did 35 minute yoga nice before bed time. 12274 Walking

Had a very nice day with my love on ice. It was nice ice skating again after long time, then we went to ride a bike and went for a long walk. We ended day doing yoga 1, 5 h 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 20934

Spent the whole day on shopping I went also to visit my sister. Tried few exercises with vibrio shaper 💪🏻💪🏻10 minutes but it was very intense my body still feels shaky 💪🏻 0 Walking
