After completing my 20000 steps on vacation today, I would like to share with you the beautiful landscape. Not only the weather has played on this day, but also the people I met. Thanks to all!

Tonight I was walking again in the city. I had to reach my 10,000 steps after my fitness training. In a wonderful shop I could discover the exotic fruits and vegetables seen in the picture. Definitely

For those who always wanted to know how a banana looks after about 2 minutes in the microwave. :-) The taste is very digestible. Further you can see in the picture tempeh, fennel, linseed and sweet potato.
