Estaba con una gran angustia porque recientemente hubo un apagón eléctrico a nivel nacional y no sabía si iba a poder publicar para el tema de esta semana, porque no hay garantía de que volviesen a poner la electricidad con el tiempo suficiente para que yo pudiera crear la publicación y todo eso. Saben que maquetar y redactar la publicación, colocar las imágenes y todo eso lleva un tiempo para ponerlo como corresponde y que quede un trabajo bonito y agradable. Pero el punto es que dentro de la angustia de no tener electricidad recientemente, por fin el día de ayer sábado me llegó la electricidad luego de estar el viernes y gran parte del sábado sin el servicio eléctrico y honestamente les cuento que estuve que ponerme a escuchar radio y a leer libros. Ya casi me he leído todos los libros que tengo y bueno, me ha tocado cuando ocurren estas cosas volverlos a leer. Pero el viernes y el sábado estaba dentro de mis planes sentarme a escribir sobre la procrastinación que es el tema central de esta semana para encuentro de talentos y resulta que no podía hacerlo porque me vi obligado por este factor externo a posponerlo. Inclusive hoy día domingo que había pensado en un momento hacer la publicación, dije no, mejor lo hago mañana, el día lunes y la publico para el día martes y recordé lo importante que es el hecho de superar la procrastinación. Para hacerlo, hay que ponerse en acción y simplemente pues tomar la decisión de salir de esa zona de confort que muchas veces, por un miedo, por algo que uno no quiere enfrentar, no hace esa tarea o esta publicación. Tal vez en mi caso, ahora que lo estoy meditando, pienso que era como el aburrimiento de hacer una tarea cuando podía bien estar viendo vídeos o haciendo otra de las cosas con pixelart que tanto me gustan, y luego racionalicé y me di cuenta de que simplemente estaba retardando y postergando una oportunidad. Me di cuenta de que no debía seguir procrastinando y aquí estoy escribiendo este texto. Me di cuenta que dando este paso a la acción y desafiando esto de procrastinar, me siento ahora mucho mejor porque, aparte de que estoy cumpliendo con mi objetivo que es el de hacer esta publicación, me siento bien porque me doy cuenta de que logré superar este obstáculo y creo que esto es el mejor ejemplo que le puedo dar a cada una de las personas que lean este tipo de contenido. Creo que debemos tomarnos en serio esto y la mejor manera de hacerlo es establecer una meta realista, subdividir las tareas, hacer un esquema de tareas dividiéndolas y proponerse metas que podamos alcanzar que sean realistas. También está el factor de activar esa forma de pensar en las tareas como algo que son un desafío y que nos va a ayudar a contribuir y a crecer más y que nos va a mantener siempre con una mentalidad positiva que nos va a ayudar a superar todo esto de la procrastinación. Inclusive podemos ayudarnos de aplicaciones que son muy interesantes como **Forest**, que te hace aparecer un árbol que te hace enfocar en la tarea mientras estás haciéndola y mientras la estés haciendo bien, el arbolito en la pantalla va a mantenerse vivo y va a seguir creciendo, te permite enfocarte esta aplicación en eso. Otras aplicaciones como **Trello** que te permiten organizar todas las cosas, todas las tareas, o **Asana** que te permite gestionar todos los proyectos, los equipos tiene calendarios, te permite colocar informes, etcétera. Estas son herramientas que nos permiten a nosotros combatir la procrastinación y creo que esto que les he comentado les va a servir como ayuda o de conocimiento de una forma muy general para evitar el procrastinar. Yo sé que pueden, que simplemente es cosa de ponerse a ello, de tener la voluntad y de animarse a hacerlo y salir de su zona de confort. Si yo lo he logrado, estoy seguro de que uds también podrán.

I have almost read all the books I have and well, when these things happen I have to read them again. But on Friday and Saturday it was one of my plans to sit down and write about procrastination, which is the central topic of this week's talent show, and it turns out that I couldn't do it because I was forced by this external factor to postpone it. To do this, you have to take action and simply make the decision to leave that comfort zone that many times, because of fear, because of something that one does not want to face, does not do that task or this publication. Maybe in my case, now that I'm thinking about it, I think it was like the boredom of doing a task when I could have been watching videos or doing other things with pixelart that I like so much, and then I rationalized and realized that I was simply delaying and postponing an opportunity. I realized that I shouldn't continue procrastinating and here I am writing this text. I realized that by taking this step to action and challenging this procrastination, I now feel much better because, apart from the fact that I am fulfilling my goal, which is to make this publication, I feel good because I realize that I managed to overcome this obstacle and I think this is the best example I can give to each of the people who read this type of content. I think we should take this seriously and the best way to do it is to set a realistic goal, subdivide the tasks, make a task outline by dividing them and set goals that we can achieve that are realistic. There is also the factor of activating that way of thinking about tasks as something that is a challenge and that will help us contribute and grow more and that will always keep us with a positive mentality that will help us overcome all this. of procrastination. We can even help ourselves with applications that are very interesting like Forest, which makes a tree appear that makes you focus on the task while you are doing it and as long as you are doing it well, the little tree on the screen will stay alive and will continue to grow, This application allows you to focus on that. Other applications like Trello that allow you to organize all things, all tasks, or Asana that allows you to manage all projects, teams have calendars, allows you to place reports, etc. These are tools that allow us to combat procrastination and I believe that what I have told you will serve as help or knowledge in a very general way to avoid procrastination.
