A few days ago in that project of friends that I talked about some time ago, working with that team I could see that yes, indeed it works like that, a little guidance is sometimes necessary, maybe a boost that sometimes you have to give yourself, but in the end, with that touch of commitment and passion, you see the results. Even the best ones like for example a Marvell actor, put love, dedication, and passion in everything they do to convey what the character is living.

## Focus drives us to a better result.

Putting a little bit of our passion into everything we do will make us have better results, it's a very simple relationship. It's like combining all the best we have to get the desired end product. A process that was long and that I put a lot of effort into was to obtain my degree in Gas Engineering, during this university stage there were ups and downs of mood, there were new challenges and challenges constantly, but it was so much what I wanted to achieve, that my commitment and my energies were put in that process. Today I try to remember that person I was at that time and in other processes that I have completed, I try to remember to imitate the same dedication and passion and if possible do much better in each new stage that I live.

Hola amigos Hivers, espero estén teniendo un día fabuloso. Hoy les quiero hablar de un tema super importante y se trata de colocar un poco de amor en cada cosa que hagamos, esto lo defino como poner empeño, dedicación, pasión y profesionalismo en ejecutar una actividad determinada. A veces podemos sentir que estamos contra el tiempo o cualquier otra razón que nos puede hacer sntir frustrados, pero cuando colocas ese empeño adicional la magia sucede. Hace unos días en ese proyecto de amigos que les conversé hace un tiempo, trabajando con ese equipo pude ver que si, en efecto así funciona, un poco de orientación a veces es necesaria, tal vez un impulso que a veces te lo tienes que dar tu mismo, pero al final con ese toque de empeño y pasión se ven los resultados. Incluso los mejores como por ejemplo un actor de Marvell, ellos colocan amor, entrega y pasión en cada cosa que hacen para lograr transmitirnos lo que el personaje está viviendo.

## El enfoque nos impulsa a un mejor resultado

Poner un poco de nuestra pasión en todo lo que hagamos hará que tengamos mejores resultados, es una relación muy simple. Es como combinar todo lo mejor que tengamos para obtener un producto final deseado. Un rpoceso que fue largo y que le coloqué mucho empeño fue obtener mi titulo de ingeniero de Gas, durante esta etapa universitaria habian subidas y bajadas de animo, habian nuevos retos y desafios constantemente, peor era tan lo que quería lograr, que mi emepeño y mis energías estaban puestas en ese proceso. Hoy dia trato de recordar esa persona que fuí en ese momento y en otros procesos que he cumplido, trado de recordar para imitar la misma entrega y pasión y si es posible hacelro mucho mejor en cada nueva etapa que viva.
