Over 58M STEEM are becoming liquid in a single account, that's about 250M USD at the current exchange rate. Why do you not care?

Please explain. There is a transfer showing up from 4 days ago of 50k STEEM to steem. When I go to the steem wallet there is no history and there are fewer than 50k STEEM in total (counting Steem Power).
