Honey is believed by many people that there are many benefits of honey. This is also summarized clearly in letter an-verse verse 69 about the benefits of honey.

Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nahl: 60 "then eat of every (kind) fruit and take the path of your Lord who has been facilitated (for you). From the bee's stomach there are the drink (honey) which various colors, there is a cure for humans ".

Based on the verse it is known that honey is one of the halal drinks in Islam and that is very good for our health. Here are some of the benefits of honey in Islamic view, namely:

1) Honey is useful for preventing dangerous diseases

In many Islamic literature it is explained that there is no disease that has no cure except death. Likewise with honey. This honey can be a remedy for a variety of diseases and even so the effectiveness of honey is also nicknamed the king of medicine where there are so many benefits of honey that are never expected and even look very perfect.

This is also reinforced by the hadith (Word of the Prophet) "Healing from the disease by doing three things: bruise, drinking honey and burning with hot iron. But I forbade my people to burn with that hot iron". (Al-Bukhari)

Many people believe that consuming honey regularly can prevent cancer as well as heart disease. A very magical thing right? Where we know that cancer and heart disease are a group of dangerous diseases that are often the cause of death today.

2) Honey can overcome digestive disorders

Recent research shows that honey can help overcome disorders such as boils and bacterial gastroenteritis. This may be related to the benefits of honey which is very much. Because of these various benefits, it is highly recommended to learn how to eat Rasullulah which encourages us to prefer and get used to consuming honey every day in the right amount of portions.

3) Honey as Anti-bacterial, anti-irritant and anti-fungal

All honey is antibacterial because bees add an enzyme that makes hydrogen peroxide. And this beneficial and nutritious drink is also a beverage that is believed to be an anti-irritant and also anti-fungal. This is why honey is highly recommended in treating many problems in the body.
