There are several EOS wallets and I found almost all of them are paid. That means you have to pay money to create a new EOS wallet and without an EOS wallet you can't use EOS blockchain. But I have a solution for you to get a free EOS account. At first go to google playstore and search murmur and download the app.  Murmur is a dapp built on EOS blockchain to monetize short contents like tweet. On twitter, you will get nothing for a tweet but murmur pays you for your murmurs.  After downloading the murmur app, create a new wallet for free and that will be the EOS wallet for you. And if you want to get the full access of your wallet(to use other dapps of EOS blockchain), just download another EOS wallet like EOS Lynx(you can download any wallet) and import your EOS wallet that you got from murmur. Now enjoy your free EOS wallet.
