I live in Denmark os the weather is also a showstopper for me over the winter. But try to ride regularly indoor during the winter, and on Zwift i do alot of races and there are training programs focused

This cannot be a bike ride, same as all the other 100+ km rides you have registered on Strava. Are you riding on a scooter? I havent seen even a Tour De France riders keeping over 60 km/h up +1,3% hills??

Hi mate, It does through the Smart trainer. I use Wahoo Kickr Core. There is a build in power meter, cadance meter etc. in that. When it goes up hill it increases the resistance on the trainer to simulate

Zwift is fantastic both for cycling and Running, i do both during the winter on there. Brings a little game to the training :) You can do trainings and workout plans on there. I can only recommend it :)

Hahah, well on Zwift and its a virtual world, and the GPS coordinates for that is sometimes in the middle of the ocean :) Thikn they had to put some GPS on it for the sake of uploading to Strava and chose

Hey Chris, Thanks, been on Zwift since 2019 i think. Not much the last couple of years due to injuries, but I do occasionally jump on the Treadmill in the shed and run on Zwift also. :)

Yeah could have been worse for sure, was riding and there was some gravel on the cycling path and i was not totally aware so the bike slides and i went down like a sack of potatoes ☺️

Thanks man, Yes Im ok (bruises and scratches) and the Bike is mostly OK. Need to change the handlebar tape. Great excuse to finally get the Lizard Skins i bought ages ago on :)
