i remember when i was doing evening news for another network, a colleague of mine made my head boil. she was a news writer and never had an experience doing newscast. she kept on saying "your job

oh, you have no idea how nerve wracking it was for me! notice how much i practiced, how i kept on exercising my jaw, and how i let out a big fast exhale seconds before i went on air? that was ALL Nerves!
