Need to tie his hair because he always grabs them and he cries because it hurts him <i class="twa twa-grimacing-face"></i><br /> <br /> Im a filipino and we have this beliefs that you are not allowed to cut the baby&rsquo;s hair until they&rsquo;re 1 year old otherwise badluck will occur <i class="twa twa-confounded-face"></i><i class="twa twa-confounded-face"></i>. The same for the nails you are also not allowed to cut them until they&rsquo;re 1 month old.
