Olá Comunidade, *Boas Vibes*! Quem nunca esperou pela ajuda de um amigo ou parente? Tão certo quanto respirar, o ser humano tem a orientação de viver em sociedade, grupos e equipes, até mesmo por questão de sobrevivência, mas quem nunca se decepcionou ao esperar uma “forcinha” de um certo alguém? Tive algumas situações recentemente relacionadas a isso e apesar de a situação ser bem chata, tento me manter calmo e resiliente a isso, explicarei o porquê. Acredito que possa existir duas situações, uma que podemos levar com mais empatia e outra infelizmente mais negativa.

O Lado da Empatia

Um nobre pensamento: * Às vezes, o certo indivíduo quer nos ajudar, mas pode ser que sua vida não esteja tão tranquila, pode ser falta de tempo, problemas pessoais e psicológicos ou talvez por questões de hierarquia. * Como somos imediatalistas, queremos tudo aqui e agora, então, vemos essa situação com olhos e sentimentos ruins e pensamos ser descaso da pessoa. * Julgar para o lado negativo é sempre mais fácil, então não pensamos que talvez a pessoa que queremos tanto que nos ajude, também está sofrendo em não poder nos ajudar! * Existe sempre muitas variáveis por debaixo dos panos que nem fazemos ideia, mas apenas julgamos e julgamos muito mal. Com esses pontos que apresentei, tenho tentado sempre analisar a situação antes de julgar, apesar de que não é fácil e fico muito chateado também. O Lado do Descaso

Aqui é a parte triste: * A realidade muitas vezes é dura e amarga e isso é algo que não queremos nunca experimentar, mas, forçadamente acontece. Quem nunca observou a tal pessoa ignorando você? Te deixando de lado, mas por incrível coincidência ajudou outra pessoa ali do seu lado? * Então ela vem com desculpas sem noção, dificuldades criadas do nada e sempre uma conversa de que não pode ou não teve tempo, mas as redes sociais vêm e desmascaram tudo, sendo uma grande mentira. * Sim, meus amigos, essa pessoa simplesmente não gosta de te ajudar! Acontece, é isso e ponto final. * Nunca agradaremos a todos, algumas pessoas simplesmente vêm e não gostam de você, não importa o tão legal que você seja, ela não quer te ajudar, é o direito dela, mas mesmo assim, ainda ficamos bastante magoados e tristes com isso. Esses casos são realmente doloridos e nós ficamos sem entender o que motiva essa falta de “querer” da pessoa conosco. Quando acontece, apesar de doloroso, tento não me importar e não deixar isso me abater. Se uma certa pessoa não gosta de mim ou não quer ajudar, ok, ela fica na dela e eu me afasto, em alguns casos, podemos tentar conversar e resolver a situação, em outros, falamos e falamos e nada muda. Então, por que ficar remoendo isso? Implorando por socorro ou ajuda? Eu não! Tomo logo a atitude de me virar sozinho, aprender a realizar o que preciso ou a melhorar onde não estou bem e a vida segue! Pela Paz

Então, temos essas duas situações. Aprendi a ver e entender isso. Para aqueles que se esforçam em ajudar, conduzo a doação de todo o carinho e compreensão possível. Para aqueles que realmente não querem ajudar, tudo bem, eles vivem na deles e eu dou um jeito de resolver o que preciso sozinho ou com alguma outra amizade que realmente se importe. A paz interior é o melhor de tudo, saber moldar a nossa mente e coração para as situações assim, não é fácil, mas não é impossível. Acredito que muitos aqui já sabem e entendem isso. Como diz um ditado: “Os verdadeiros eu sei quem são!”

Hello Community, *Good Vibes*! Who never waited for help from a friend or relative? As sure as breathing, the human being has the orientation to live in society, groups and teams, even for the sake of survival, but who has never been disappointed when waiting for a “strength” from a certain someone? I've had some situations recently related to this and even though the situation is pretty boring, I try to stay calm and resilient about it, I'll explain why. I believe that there can be two situations, one that we can take with more empathy and another, unfortunately, more negative.

The Empathy Side

A noble thought: * Sometimes, the certain individual wants to help us, but it could be that their life is not so peaceful, it could be lack of time, personal and psychological problems or maybe due to hierarchy issues. * As we are immediate, we want everything here and now, so we see this situation with bad eyes and feelings and we think it's neglect of the person. * Judging on the negative side is always easier, so we don't think that maybe the person we want so much to help us is also suffering from not being able to help us! * There are always many variables behind the scenes that we have no idea, but we just judge and judge very badly. With these points that I have presented, I have always tried to analyze the situation before judging, although it is not easy and I get very upset too. The Side of Neglect

Here is the sad part: * Reality is often harsh and bitter and this is something we never want to experience, but it happens. Who has never observed such a person ignoring you? Leaving you aside, but by incredible coincidence helped someone else there by your side? * Then she comes with clueless excuses, difficulties created out of nowhere and always a conversation that she can't or didn't have time, but social media comes and debunks everything, being a big lie. * Yes my friends, that person just doesn't like to help you! It happens, that's it, period. * We will never please everyone, some people just come and don't like you, no matter how nice you are, she doesn't want to help you, it's her right, but even so, we are still very hurt and sad about it. These cases are really painful and we don't understand what motivates this person's lack of “wanting” for us. When it happens, despite how painful it is, I try not to care and not let it get to me. If a certain person doesn't like me or doesn't want to help, ok, they stay on their own and I walk away, in some cases we can try to talk and solve the situation, in others we talk and talk and nothing changes. So why keep brooding over it? Begging for help or help? I am not! I immediately take the attitude of turning on my own, learning to accomplish what I need or to improve where I'm not well and life goes on! For Peace

So we have these two situations. I learned to see and understand it. For those who make an effort to help, I drive the donation of all the affection and understanding possible. For those who really don't want to help, that's fine, they live on their own and I'll manage to solve what I need on my own or with some other friendship that really cares. Inner peace is the best of all, knowing how to shape our mind and heart to situations like this is not easy, but it is not impossible. I believe that many here already know and understand this. As a saying goes: “The real ones I know who they are!”
