Try using a different file type like MOV or AVI that helped me yesterday. I was having the same problems as you and that seemed to help me, Might only work once but atleast its still something.

There is a lot to it. Its better to look into it. If you type Dtube.video in your search bar it will get you right into dtube, You have to sign in but you need to use a different password.

So it says that my api is not running, the first time I tried it it worked but the second time it didn't. I tried to upload my video but it did not work. Do you know how to fix that by any chance? I deleted
