I am surprised another proposal is needed. I remember Matt said by default packs will be included. This is unnecessary waste of funds and time.

I did suggest make a soul bound mini pack where you get around 2-3 rebellion cards. At least this way, you are forced to open the packs but the cards are tradeable. Potions still apply like normal packs.

Why is this passing? Are we dumping DEC now? As long as there is no viable reason to hold dec as it is now, this is just going to be a pump and dump scenario where the DAO will be the loser of this proposal.

I suggest we just turn Wild into the league with anti-bot measures instead of creating 2 new leagues. It's just temporary. Adding another modern and wild leagues will split the player base so much. 2 moderns

With regards to new Cards, in my perspective, production of new card sets are important and should be on a regular basis (quarterly or semi-annual). It is the only way to make the game fresh. I.E. Hearthstone

the ghost league will allow you to use max level cards unlike in the ranked league ghost cards, you can only use level 1. There should still be progression in this league to earn the max level ghost cards

For new player experience, have you considered creating a ghost league with progression to earn new ghost cards the more you play the game? This will allow new players to really experience the game for
