This seems like it has a good tutorial on getting involved in their ICO: If you can't grasp it's tech I probably wouldn't invest in the ico unless you are just backing it because of the team involved.

I'm Australian and use an exchange here to buy BTC. I'm sure there are American exchanges that do the same. Sorry, I don't really know which ones to recommend though.

I haven't been able to understand why the EOS is on the ETH blockchain. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of all the benefits of scaling on graphene? I still haven't been able to work out what use the EOS

I definitely voted EDIT: I went back into my wallet to check but all the witnesses I had previously voted for were coming up as that I hadn't voted for them. Weird because twice I had voted for witnesses.
