RE: I'm a failure - and I'm proud of it
One of the main reasons I decided to remove myself from Facebook was not the constant ads, but the constant posts about how perfect all my friends lives were. In real life though I knew that this was

Good intel on the costs and paperwork side of things traveling in that region, very helpful. Also epic pictures, i know photos don't really show how good the scene really is so it must have been definitely

RE: Colour Explosion
Awesome @juliank! was that in shallow water or did you have some serious lighting to get that colour to come out? If so what flash/lighting did you use? Thanks.

RE: Ha Long Bay, Vietnam - Spectacular, mesmerizing but sadly polluted, overcrowded with tourist & too commercialized
That's sad, I recall Na Trang had about 7 resort style buildings mid construction when we went, so sounds like all of Vietnam is being comercialised for tourism.

RE: Hello from Melbourne, Australia!
Well welcome to good old Melbourne! I now live out closer to the Yarra Valley so I am almost never in the city, so looking forward to tracking your escapades and getting ideas for places I should get to!

Awesome thanks for the detailed reply, it is fun engaging on here! I'll jump back into Discord tonight, to be honest I'm not sure which channel I joined, my name in there is just 'Duth'. Thanks again.

RE: Hello from Melbourne, Australia!
So very glad to find a fellow Melbournian on Steemit! In saying this I have been a very poor one and have lost touch with the many things going on in our city in the past 4-5 years (since kids came along).

Great pics Peter! The grey skies match the somber mood that the town's history seems to have unfortunately inherited. Otherwise a gorgeous looking place! I look forward to the post about your wife's family
