SURPRISE!!! Here we are again dear friends, greeting you and wishing you a good start of the week. Today we are kicking off the theme of the month and we are very excited about it. What do you think it is... Yes! We want to talk about **the Surprise emotion.** You may be wondering, *Why surprise?* Well, before we explain why and how we will develop the topic, let's first learn a little bit about it. ##### _**What is Surprise?**_ 😲 Well, it is one of the primary or basic emotions that are part of the human being. So, being basic, its reaction in the one who feels it is instantaneous. It is enough that a small thing happens for it to emerge, as it happens in the same way with the other emotions. ##### _**Does it always provoke something positive?**_ 🤗 😣 Although on certain occasions receiving something unexpected fills us with great joy, unfortunately this emotion does not always come from pleasant experiences because many things make us feel pleasantly surprised or sadly surprised. ##### _**What is its result in our being?**_ 💫 As we have surely experienced in our own flesh, sometimes and in view of the aforementioned, when we are surprised we can experience: *happiness, satisfaction, security, love, tenderness, sincere affection, gratitude, etc.*. However, it could also bring with it: *cry, pain, anger, sadness, fear, confusion, indignation, among others.* It will all depend on what is causing us to feel surprised. Now, **why did we choose this emotion for this month?** We believe from the bottom of our hearts that many of you who read us, and us too, fight battles almost daily with a myriad of things that surely only you know how strong they are. Therefore, during this month and in spite of whatever we are experiencing in our lives, we want to reinforce in all of us and remember that _**there are also many good things happening to us.**_ We will discover them by paying attention to them. We will discover them by placing attention on the following (and this is what we would love to read in the posts you wish to share with us): - What surprise *positive and negative* event has marked your life? - What did you learn from that *the good and the not so good* that happened to you? - What would you *do differently now* that *can certainly help others*? Of course, **in no way do we want to dig into your privacy or intimate situations that make you feel uncomfortable**, that's not the point of the topic at all. *So you can write to us only and in a summarized form what you wish to share.* **This is the theme of the month! Now we want you to express yourselves. Share in written or video form your anecdotes, deep reflections, real or fictitious stories telling us about your SURPRISES. Remember that it will be very important that you follow the simple rules of the community. In this case, write the word of the feeling or emotion you will address in the title you chose for your post. Use the tag INTELLIGENCEEMOTIONAL and SURPRISE which is the theme of the month. We will be reading all of them. We want the healing reports to be full of quality, unpublished material that will help us to draw this theme.** It will be a real pleasure for us to read and learn from your experiences in this world. ¡¡SORPRESA!! Por aquí llegamos nuevamente queridos amigos, saludándolos y deseando que hayan podido empezar la semana con buen pie. Hoy damos inicio al tema del mes y eso nos emociona mucho. ¿Cuál creen que es?... ¡Sí! Queremos hablar de **la emoción Sorpresa.** A lo mejor te preguntarás, *¿Y por qué sorpresa?* Bueno, antes de explicarte el porqué de esto y como iremos desarrollando el tema, primero aprendamos un poquito sobre ella. ##### _**¿Qué es la Sorpresa?**_ 😲 Pues es una de las emociones primarias o básicas que forman parte del ser humano. Así que, al ser básica, su reacción en quien la siente es instantánea. Solo basta que ocurra una pequeña cosa para que ella aflore, como sucede de igual manera con las demás emociones. ##### _**¿La provoca siempre algo positivo?**_ 🤗 😣 Aunque en ciertas ocasiones recibir algo inesperado nos llena de gran alegría, lamentablemente esta emoción no siempre proviene de experiencias agradables pues muchas cosas hacen que se nos sintamos gratamente sorprendidos o tristemente sorprendidos. ##### _**¿Cuál es su resultado en nuestro ser?**_ 💫 Como de seguro hemos vivido en carne propia, a veces y en vista de lo ya mencionado, al sorprendernos podemos experimentar: *felicidad, satisfacción, seguridad, amor, ternura, cariño sincero, agradecimiento, etc.* Sin embargo, también podría traer consigo: *llanto, dolor, ira, tristeza, miedo, confusión, indignación, entre otras.* Todo dependerá de qué nos esté causando el sentirnos sorprendidos. Ahora bien, **¿por qué elegimos dicha emoción para este mes?** Creemos de corazón que muchos de quienes nos leen, y nosotros también, libran batallas casi que a diario con un sinfín de cosas que de seguro solo ustedes saben cuán fuertes son. Por eso, durante este mes y a pesar de lo que sea que estemos experimentando en nuestras vidas, queremos reforzar en todos nosotros y recordar que _**nos están sucediendo también muchas cosas buenas.**_ Las descubriremos colocando la atención en lo siguiente (y es lo que nos encantaría leer en los post que deseen compartirnos): - ¿Qué suceso sorpresivo *positivo y negativo* ha marcado tu vida? - ¿Qué aprendiste de eso *lo bueno y lo no tan bueno* que te sucedió? - ¿Qué *harías diferente ahora* y que, sin duda, *puede ayudar a otros*? Por supuesto, **de ninguna manera queremos indagar en tu privacidad o en situaciones íntimas que te hagan sentir incómodo**, para nada es el objetivo del tema. *Así que puedes escribirnos solamente y de forma resumida lo que desees compartir.* **¡Este es el tema del mes! Ahora queremos que ustedes se expresen. Compartan de forma escrita o en video sus anécdotas, profundas reflexiones, historias reales o ficticias hablándonos sobre sus SORPRESAS. Recuerda que será muy importante que sigas las sencillas reglas de la comunidad. En éste caso, escribe la palabra del sentimiento o emoción que abordarás en el título que elegiste para tu post. Usa la etiqueta INTELIGENCIAEMOCIONAL y SORPRESA que es el tema del mes. Estaremos leyendo todos ellos.
