I read that consuming cow's milk is not really healthy for us. And getting calcium from vegetables or consuming milk plant-based are healthier. Also, I can't consume coffee because it gives me uncomfortable

We just started drinking 1-2 cups of tea recently since we knew its health benefits. Indeed it makes a difference when you consume it than coffee or milk. It's the best option!

That is absolutely true, we've done that and crossed the bridge as well. What makes it the most beautiful as my opinion, is that it's arch shaped and it's not a common design unlike other city bridges.
