Saludos amigos y amigas de HIVE y Street Workout Community, mi nombre es Juan Blanco, tengo 16 años y soy de la Victoria estado Aragua Venezuela, tengo 1 año y 8 meses entrenando Calistenia y Street Workout, disciplinas en las cuales empecé a los 15 años, en enero de este año estaría cumpliendo 2 años, de no ser por una fractura de radio y cubito en mi brazo izquierdo la cual no me permitió entrenar durante 6 meses, sin embargo no me rendí, y mi sueño de ser atleta profesional en este deporte me impulso a seguir entrenando y mejorando cada vez más. Algunos se preguntarán qué es el Street Workout o la calistenia. La calistenia es un proceso de ejercicios físicos con el propio peso corporal, mientras que el Street Workout es el entrenamiento callejero.

Greetings friends and friends of HIVE and Street Workout Community, my name is Juan Blanco, I'm 16 years old and I'm from La Victoria, Aragua state Venezuela, I have 1 year and 8 months training Calisthenics and Street Workout, disciplines in which I started at age 15, in January this year I would be turning 2 years, but for a fracture of radius and ulna in my left arm which did not allow me to train for 6 months, however I did not give up, and my dream of being a professional athlete in this sport drives me to continue training and improving more and more. Some may wonder what is Street Workout or calisthenics. Calisthenics is a process of physical exercises with your own body weight, while Street Workout is street training.

Soy estudiante de 5 año de bachiller, trabajo con el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) y soy deportista de Calistenia y Street Workout, en la mayor parte de mi tiempo libre se lo dedico al deporte, pasar momentos alegres con mis amistades, estudiar y ayudar a mi madre con su trabajo.

I am a 5th year high school student, I work with the National Institute of Statistics (INE) and I am a Calisthenics and Street Workout athlete. Most of my free time is dedicated to sports, spending happy moments with my friends, studying and helping my mother with her work.

Al principio no sabía nada de lo que era HIVE o Street Workout Community, mi principal apoyo y amigo de confianza Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina es mi mentor, y es el que me presentó esta comunidad, gracias a él pude ir a competencias desarrolladas por HIVE y Street Workout Community, en las que pude conocer al CEO de esta comunidad Manuel Ramos @manuelramos y a la directora Marleny Suárez @marlenyaragua con su apoyo, tuve la oportunidad de ingresar al ecosistema de la blockchain HIVE y conocer más sobre el nivel competitivo de este hermoso deporte como lo es el STREET WORKOUT.

At first I knew nothing of what HIVE or Street Workout Community was, my main support and trusted friend Stiffen Paternina @stypaternina is my mentor, and is the one who introduced me to this community, thanks to him I was able to go to competitions developed by HIVE and Street Workout Community, in which I was able to meet the CEO of this community Manuel Ramos @manuelramos and the director Marleny Suarez @marlenyaragua with their support, I had the opportunity to enter the ecosystem of the HIVE blockchain and learn more about the competitive level of this beautiful sport as it is the STREET WORKOUT.

Tengo grandes expectativas sobre está comunidad, mayormente estaré montando contenido sobre: el deporte, trataré de montar guías y planes de entrenamiento sobre algunos movimientos tanto dinámicos como estáticos, sin dejar atrás los ejercicios básicos, espero que eso pueda ayudar a muchas personas, en la parte del acondicionamiento físico dentro de la Cadena de Bloques de HIVE.

I have great expectations about this community, mostly I will be putting together content about: sport, I will try to put together guides and training plans about some movements both dynamic and static, without leaving behind the basic exercises, I hope that can help many people, in the part of physical conditioning within the HIVE Blockchain.

Mi principal objetivo es aprender, ya que es la primera vez que trabajaría con el entorno digital, trataría de aprender todo lo posible, también quiero ayudar con guías de entrenamiento a personas que interactúen en las redes de HIVE, quiero superarme cada día y ya que tengo esta oportunidad, no la voy a desaprovechar.

My main objective is to learn, since it is the first time I would work with the digital environment, I would try to learn as much as possible, I also want to help with training guides to people who interact in HIVE networks, I want to improve myself every day and since I have this opportunity, I will not miss it.

Primeramente doy gracias a Dios, porque todo esto no habría podido ser sin él, cuando tuve la fractura en el brazo acababa de empezar a hacer ejercicio y fue súper frustrante para mí, yo me quitaba la venda que me sostenía el brazo y hacia flexiones a un brazo ya que no podía hacer ejercicio, lo bueno fue que después de 6 meses con el yeso, cuando por fin me lo quitaron pude volver y reponer todo en solo 1 año, en el cual pude mejorar mis estáticos hasta el punto de sacar straddle planche y empezar a marcar full, todavía estoy en un nivel muy bajo a comparación de mucho atletas que conozco, pero los resultados no se consiguen sin esfuerzo, doy gracias a mi compañero y amigo Stiffen Paternina por todo el apoyo y ayudarme en todo, también le doy mis más sinceros agradecimiento a la sra Marleny Suárez y al CEO de la Comunidad de Street Workout Comunity Manuel ramos muchas gracias por darme está oportunidad.

First of all I thank God, because all this could not have been without him, when I had the fracture in my arm I had just started to exercise and it was super frustrating for me, I took off the bandage that held my arm and did push-ups to one arm because I could not exercise, the good thing was that after 6 months with the cast, when I finally removed it I could return and replace everything in just 1 year, I am still at a very low level compared to many athletes I know, but the results are not achieved without effort, I thank my partner and friend Stiffen Paternina for all the support and help me in everything, I also give my sincere thanks to Mrs. Marleny Suarez and the CEO of the Community Street Workout Community Manuel Ramos thank you very much for giving me this opportunity.
